TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
All products sold by Ottica Soprana e Marcato snc and, for end users only (consumers) are covered by a 24-month warranty for conformity defects, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005. To use the warranty, the customer must keep proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, DDT or others). The Customer with the acceptance of the purchase contract acknowledges the assistance modalities in force at the time of the warranty claim.
Some brands offer a guarantee to the end user guaranteeing a quick and professional service. The products returned to Ottica Soprana e Marcato snc must necessarily be accompanied by the relative original packaging and anything else contained in the package defined integral elements of the product (accessories, parts, etc.) and proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, DDT or other ). The lack of any of these elements will make it impossible to accept returns.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, the guarantee will expire if:
The defects are caused by damage due to improper use of the material

The shipping costs of products returned under warranty can be charged to the customer (one way).
AVAILABILITY OF GOODS AND SHIPMENTS
Normally the goods are available within 2/4 working days from the date of the order. The shipment will be by express courier. Ottica Soprana e Marcato snc is not responsible for damages caused during the transport of goods.
The order will be processed after verification of the payment and once shipped, will be delivered within the time specified by the shipping method chosen and depending on the destination of the product.
Upon receipt of the package, the customer must check that the packaging is intact and not cut and / or tampered with.
Otherwise, we ask you not to accept the package in question or to accept with reservation (if provided by the courier responsible for delivery) and to immediately inform us via e-mail.
If you accept a tampered package and if you did not choose insurance at the time of purchase, there is no possibility of making a claim.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
