I'm looking for a particular model of a company that I deal with but I do not see the color I want. Is it possible to order it?
Sure. If the eyewear you are looking for is not on the site www.hiframe.it is not a problem. Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org describing the color model (also the measures if necessary) and we will check if present in physical store or if ordered. By dealing with various design brands we are not able to constantly update all the products.
Can I withdraw from my purchase?
Sales of products via the Internet are governed by Legislative Decree n. 206/05 (Articles 50 to 68) which regulates the subject of distance contracts, ie carried out outside business premises. It must release a written review of a previously purchased product through its private area.
How can I use the promotional code?
During the purchase process there is a special section to enter the promotional code.
How do I know the shipping code for my order?
The day of the departure of the goods from the warehouse we will send by mail the shipping code (tracking number).
